Weddings

Initial meeting to establish your requirements and your vision for the ceremony.

Initial visit to the proposed or confirmed ceremony venue (where required).
​
Further 'planning' meeting (3-4 months prior to your ceremony) to gather further information for the ceremony script.

A copy of the script outline, and draft copies throughout the writing process (where required).
​
Assistance with writing of vows, if required.
​
Support throughout the planning stages, including being an interface with venue, wedding co-ordinator/planner if required.
​
Choreography Rehearsal at Ceremony Venue (at least a 2-3 days prior to the Ceremony).

Conducting the Ceremony on the day.
​
Commemorative copy of the ceremony script.

(A deposit of £150 is required at the time of
booking to secure the date in my diary)

This fee covers celebrant services for your wedding ceremony within a 50-mile radius of Gloucestershire, England, UK (for UK weddings). Location is not an issue for me as I am happy to travel to your chosen location but please note a mileage fee of 45p per mile (outside of the 50 mile radius) will be added to the total fee in order to cover travel costs/expenses.

Please note: Additional fees apply for Wedding Planning/Co-ordination services depending on the requirement of the couple. This additional service is popular with couples who are choosing to have a destination ceremony. A quote can be provided on request, based on your requirements. A further additional fee may apply depending on the country selected for your destination wedding.
Vow Renewals
Vow Renewal ceremonies are a beautiful way for a couple to reaffirm their love for one another.

My fee for conducting a Vow Renewal ceremony is variable depending on your circumstances, and how simple or lavish a renewal ceremony you desire. Some couples want a simple no-frills ceremony, whilst others want something on a bigger scale. This may be because a lot has happened since they first got married and they want a ceremony that encapsulates the totality of their union.

Note: As detailed above, I am happy to travel to a location outside of Gloucestershire but, if it is over a radius of 50 miles, an additional fee of 45p per mile will be added to the total fee to cover travel costs. I am also happy to provide celebrant services for destination-vow renewal ceremonies.
